  • What payment options are available?

  • What do I do if parts of my order is missing?
    If parts of your order are missing, call us or email us with the details and a picture of the items you have received. We will look into the matter and deliver the missing items or refund you as per the situation.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order by email or phone: (800)518-7690 Make sure to cancel your order before the shipping has been processed. If the product has already been shipped, you can return the order once it is delivered to you.
  • What do I do if I have received the wrong items?
    If you have received wrong items in your order, call us or email us with your order details and a picture of the items you received. After our team looks into the matter, we will deliver your correct items immediately.

  • Can I return my order?
    We will accept return requests for unopened and unused items with intact original tags and packaging within 14 days of receipt of the order. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. For return items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items.
  • I am still waiting to receive my refund.
    Refunds are initiated immediately and reflected in your bank account within 48-72 hours. If you are still waiting to receive the amount, call us, and we will look into the issue. If you still need to receive the refund, you must contact your bank or credit card company for more details about the transaction.
  • Do I get free shipping?
    Empress CBD Essentials offers free shipping for orders of $150 or more.
  • What states does Empress CBD ship to?
    We ship hemp-derived CBD products across the US. Shipping of Delta 8 THC products is subject to the laws of individual states. Due to restrictions by state law, we do not ship Delta 8 THC products to all 50 states. Make sure to check the laws of your state before placing an order at Empress CBD Essentials.
  • Does Empress CBD Essentials ship internationally?
    Empress CBD Essentials only ships within the United States. International shipping isn't available at the moment.
  • Where's my order?

    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. After order confirmation, it takes 5-7 days to arrive to your address.
